Yard clean-up and ramp construction for a homeowner in need in South West Albuquerque

A completed home repair project in South West Albuquerque with help from volunteers and staff. Cyndi M., the gracious homeowner, could not physically complete the yard work and ADA compliant ramp on her own and could not financially afford the repairs herself. She was left handicapped and thus requires a walker for mobility. She contacted us to see if we could be of service, submitted her application and was approved. Soon after, our hardworking staff and volunteers were on-site and arrived each day until these repairs were completed.
Cyndi had nothing but gratitude for our Preservation Repair program and had this to say, “Thank you so much for cleaning-up my front and back yard and repairing my ramp. Oscar and the volunteers did an amazing job! From start to finish, I was treated with kindness. I am so grateful to Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity.”
