``Having been recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis, I was having a difficult time climbing over my bathtub to get in the shower. The walk-in shower, courtesy of your CSR program, has been such help to me. My new toilet, also courtesy of your CSR program, is higher than my old one and it is much easier to get up from, reducing pain and pressure on my knees. Bob & Toye at Habitat were very professional and helpful. Employees of Sandia Marble (GAHH sub-contractor) did a good job on my bathroom renovation. Thank you and may god bless you all!``

``Habitat staff, Toye and Bob, were very sensitive to my PTSD needs and hired contractors who were also sensitive to my needs. I felt safe with all the people that came into my home. I was impressed with everyone's friendly professionalism. I now have a new roof that will save on my utility bills in the years to come. I was extremely impressed as the roofers, hired by GAHH, were willing to repair damage to the inside of my house in addition to replacing my roof. I am also very impressed with the plumbing work completed by PenPals Plumbing (GAHH sub-contractor). They fixed low-quality work from a previous plumbing company. PenPals Plumbing is the contractor I will choose for future work. A special shout-out to Bob for finding the right contractors for the job. I could not have asked for anything more.``

``This is the first assistance program I applied to. I felt insecure about my windows because they did not close all the way. My home (after the remodels) is beautiful, we call our new roof ``Red`` as she has a lovely red color. The windows are an upgrade as the replacement included new, double-pain glass, frames, screens and most importantly, they close now all the way. I no longer have the insecurity of someone coming into my home. Did I mention the cost savings for heating my home this winter? I am so grateful for your Critical Systems Replacement Program.``
