Our Critical Systems Replacement (CSR) Program assists elderly and/or cost burdened lower income homeowners in Rio Rancho with needed repairs to their homes.

What are the eligibility requirements?
  • Applicants must own their own home
  • The home must be located in Sandoval county
  • Annual income must be within the HUD determined parameters that GAHH uses to qualify homeowners for selection
  • Homeowners that meet financial requirements will agree to an in person site review to ensure that the scope of work complies with program guidelines
  • Proof of income
  • Proof of homeowners insurance
  • Proof of homeownership
