``This is the first assistance program I applied to. I felt insecure about my windows because they did not close all the way. My home (after the remodels) is beautiful, we call our new roof ``Red`` as she has a lovely red color. The windows are an upgrade as the replacement included new, double-pain glass, frames, screens and most importantly, they close now all the way. I no longer have the insecurity of someone coming into my home. Did I mention the cost savings for heating my home this winter? I am so grateful for your Critical Systems Replacement Program.``

``I had my garage door, air conditioning and roof replaced all courtesy of your Critical Systems Replacement program. I was referred by another financial aid program that helped homeowners in need to weatherize their homes, however, I did not qualify. I am disabled in addition to suffering a very hard loss which makes it difficult to even get out of bed some days. My age is also a factor as I would consider myself elderly and therefore it was not safe for me to perform the work myself. I feel relieved now that the work on my home is completed. I feel blessed too and can not even express the gratitude I feel.``
