As Albuquerque faces rising housing costs and an increasing shortage of affordable homes, the need for safe, stable housing continues to intensify for hardworking families. We are reaching out to request your support in expanding affordable housing opportunities for local families who simply need a fair chance at homeownership.
Yet today, too many families in our city are struggling with overcrowded, unsafe, or unaffordable living conditions that make stability nearly impossible.
Your support empowers us to:
- Build affordable homes through partnerships with future homeowners and community volunteers
- Provide zero-interest mortgages that make homeownership achievable for lower-income families
- Preserve existing homes through critical repair and accessibility projects
- Strengthen neighborhoods by fostering stability, safety, and long-term opportunity
