To the speakers, SWAT, volunteers, construction crew, sponsor, guests and especially our gracious new homeowner who will always be a part of our GAHH family, we say; great work and congratulations on a job well done.

While the ceremony was short and sweet, there were key speakers including Bill Bidal, our Executive Director, who welcomed everyone. Next was Rev. Eric Koenig-Reinke, from St. Andrews Church, who gave the Opening Prayer and House Blessing. After Rev. Koenig-Reinke, Colin Petty, GAHH Board Vice President, congratulated Ericka and family on their forever home.

Following Colin, our new homeowner, Ericka V., gave a heartfelt speech thanking the volunteers and expressing her gratitude. Rick Crouse, GAHH Director of Development, followed with gifts of a hammer, toolbox and most importantly, the keys to Ericka’s new home. The Ceremony commenced with the cutting of the ribbon and closing remarks.
